What we collect

  • Forms, the pop-up and the website assistant: the name, email, phone (optional), website address and answers you choose to give (for example business type, budget range and preferred call time), the chat conversation, the page you sent it from and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse).
  • In your browser: the assistant keeps your current conversation in session storage so it survives page changes; it is deleted when you close the tab. We store a small flag in local storage so the pop-up isn’t shown again for 7 days. No advertising cookies.
  • Free audit preview: the website address you enter. We fetch that public page once to run the checks and do not store the results.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics records anonymized usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). We do not send form contents or contact details to analytics. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics does not load.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, provide services you ask for, and understand how the website is used. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Automated assistant

The website assistant (“Maya”) is an AI assistant, not a person. If AI-generated answers are enabled, the conversation and the answers you gave in the chat are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a reply. A real person reads requests you send to us. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in chat.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, security and bot protection), Resend or our chosen webhook/CRM provider (delivering your enquiry and a copy of your plan to your inbox), Anthropic (AI chat answers, if enabled) and Google Analytics (usage statistics). They process data on our behalf only to provide those services.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to [24 months] unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
